    Did the vet tell you what exactly was going on the with the snake, whether it was caused by something in the shipping process or it was born with it? I'm not even sure if they can tell that, I'm just curious.I don't know the first thing about the breeding/selling end of this, and I don't know anything about the people/business involved. From a completely unbiased perspective, it seems like you have a pretty good case to either hold out for a refund (including the costs associated with the vet visit) or a snake that you actually want.
