also, compared to what you do its prolly nothin; but I've been working out pretty consistantly since last october. I only weigh 130lbs and doing a verticle press, I can put up two 55lb freeweights (3 sets of 7-10). Not too shabby I think...I'm still trying to get bigger, only that I honestly can't afford to eat at the rate I should be to gain a lot of mass. Poor starving college kid right here....
