dont worry too much, lavender albino is a really nice recessive project, and of course everything drops down in price all the time. but recessives like that experience the slowest decline in price.

independent of price, or even if they really come down in price, i think they will still be popular because they are beautiful.

but getting a visual from just one male het seems like a real pain. you will produce lots of possible hets, and will have to do lots of inbreeding. you will produce several clutches of possible het lavenders, and possible hets are not very popular and may be difficult to sell. given the amount of time and money it will take to produce these clutches and to care about the hatchlings and everything, i would rather wait and save up for a 100% het or a visual female, and/or invest that time, money and energy into different projects.
