    My First Ball Python :)

I got my first ball python at a reptile expo today. Her name is Mary Bell. She is about 7 months old. She's already really active, trying to escape and exploring every inch of her enclosure. I came here looking for advice about her set-up and care before I got her and everyone was so helpful.
Here she is (yeah I know the pics aren't great, she's much prettier in real life):

Lovely! I'm sure she will settle in soon. You can always block off three of the sides with aquarium background or paper so that she feels a little more secure too

Great idea, as I have read that ball pythons need small spaces to feel secure. I have printed her a rocky background to go over three sides of her enclosure. She can't say, but I'm sure she appreciates it very much
