If it's a struggle to come up with the money, I'd let it go. Save up some money first. You buy her and then suddenly your male has an RI and needs vet attention, you've spent all your money already.
Prices are going nowhere but down, anyways. Waiting, when possible, will do nothing but increase your possiblities for purchases.
