From our experience we do not worry about humidity. Maybe because the method we do keeps the humidity up. We use a 6.5 quart tub (close enough to a shoe box) and we drill 1/8" holes, one on each end for a total of 2. Then when we mix the vermiculite we mix it 1:1 ratio with water by weight. Usually its 250 grams vermiculite and 250 grams of water. Remember vermiculite can absorb 28 times itself in water thats why its used to ship bottles full of liquid. Incubator is set at 89° and they get enough air flow from me opening the tubs every few days from not being patient haha. Goodluck!
