Childrens fresh shed!

Our little children's pyrhon just shed so we took him out of the tank for a photo op! Out of his cage he was perfect gentleman for my wife.


Then she handed him off to me and I went to lower him in his tank and he started striking before I could even put him down haha...he's a killer

he's got such cool colors. is his iridescence coming on yet? its so hard to catch in a pic but they almost shine like a Colombian rainbow boa.

I was trying to get a closeup pic of my male last night and found out he HATES the flash. he struck me pretty good. I actually felt a tooth. didn't leave any marks though....they are so intimidating....

It is slowly starting to come in...I see it best in the sunlight. Mine hates the flash too...his spots still aren't fading. They actually look a little more pronounced after this shed. I'm always amazed he's soo tiny and sometimes he still catches me off guard and I flinch haha

Nice! My guy isn't anywhere near that dark so his sheen is more his sheen is more on the brown side...kind of like the brown chameleon paint that used to be popular for cars haha
