Kudos for doing a good job. I like reading updates. It sucks when i read a "help me" thread and there's no info on how the snake is fairing. Makes me wonder if the snake got better or gone to a better place.......thanks for sharing

very nice
but somehow i cannot believe that this can happen just because of humidity/temps, i am quite sure that he failed to offer the BP a water bowl, or anything to drink.
anyway its good to see a snake recover like that.
The Big Bang almost certainly (beyond reasonable doubt) happened 13.7 billion years ago. If you disagree, send me a PM.
Evolution is a fact, evolutionary theory explains why it happens and provides four different lines of evidence that coalesce to show that evolution is a fact. If you disagree, send me a PM.
One third of the global economy relies on technology that is based on quantum mechanics, especially quantum electrodynamics (electron-photon or electron-electron interactions). If you disagree, send me a PM.
Time Dilation is real, it is so real that all clocks if they are precise enough can measure it, and GPS could not possibly work without it. If you disagree, send me a PM.
The 4 philosophically most important aspects of modern science are: Evolutionary theory, Cosmology, Quantum mechanics, and Einsteins theory of general relativity. Understand these to get a grip of reality.

Maybe it was already like that when he got it and didnt realized it because the lack of experience.
Good job by the way, and I will try with rats too, at that size when they start eating they`ll get a brick. You`re offering f/t, just make sure the rat is hot when you present it, if it doesnt take it go with the mice, but I think it will.
Good luck, and keep updating!!

Re: Dehydrated ball python update.
Thank you everyone for all your comments! And for the person who mentioned that he wasn't offered any water, he was as you can see the water bowl in the tank on the before pics. He might have been a bit thin when I got him but his body didn't look sunken in like in the pictures. And from what LLLreptile said when they commented on my first post on here he was fed about a week before he was shipped. Believe it or not he started looking that badly within about 2 days of having him. The problem was that I didn't have a digital thermometer and I relied on the cheap plastic petco one which always read very low so as a paranoid worried owner I would always think it was too cold. I had the heating pad and a 100 watt CHE over the hot spot, and a 70 watt red bulb over the cold side. The low reading on the plastic thermometer and really cold mornings had me thinking I Had to keep the heat up, I beleive that's why he got so dehydrated. After I got a digital thermometer/hydrometer with a probe for the hot spot and was soaking him, he looked better day by day. And on a side not he was also shedding at the time not sure if that had an effect on making him look worse or not. But thanks you again everyone!
