That is assuming that is the only gauge being used. Don't assume things based on a single picture. Flaming and bashing people about what you don't know (their husbandry based on one pic) is rude and will drive people away from posting.
I would also suggest using a digital thermometer/hygrometer. However, I do have that exact dial combo, and they too read the same as my digitals. Either luck of the draw, or that must be one of the few dials that work
IF it is an accuarate dial, then I'd say everything looks great. You may want to add in a moss hide (a.k.a. a shed box - used with damp sphagnum moss) just in case the humidity isn't quite high enough. I know mine sure enjoy them.
