Excited...first perfect shed?
Well...I won't know until I get home to look her over. Our normal Snickers has been deep in shed for about a week. This is our second shed with her as our pet and the first one did not go well. I was out of town and not able to get my "shed husbandry" dialed in as I would have wished. Thanks to the sticky thread about bad sheds we got her taken care of properly. However, this time I was determined to get it right. I added a small water dish with moss to get a bump in my humidity and was able to maintain about a 60% with misting bumping it up to about 70% off and on. She went blue then cleared up just in the last 48 hours. This morning I got a text from the wife that said Snickers is missing a little something. I think I'm looking at my first (out of two now which ain't bad) perfect shed.

Good, you should be proud,I'm proud every time my BPs shed in one piece..your doing something right.one thing I do is,after they are out of blue,I mist them that night and put wett moss in there hide, then the next night I mist them again that night, keep moss wett and they shed perfect. I do this while keeping humidity 60-80 and keep the hot side around 86-88 degrees. They also shed 48 hrs later after they are out of blue. Expect my guys don't go in deg shed for. Week, turn blue 3 days and shed 2 later,so 5 days total.
