A few friends of ours came over wednesday abd brought their kids. Their 8 year old boy was completely petrified by the snakes, and ran out the back door when I got one of the BPs out! But by the time they left, the kid had handled the BP and realized that they were nothing to be afraid of. it was a complete turnaround! And I bet that he went to school the next day and bragged to all his friends about it. it is so great when we can get kids to see that these snakes are nothing to fear; maybe as adults, they'll own some.
