I record feeding, dedication, cleaning, weights, breeding events...for hatchlings, pip day, weight, pairing, and everything I do for the other snakes. I will try to post a picture of the sheets I made that work well for me, but there are a lot of pre done ones out there already. Those are the things I record to keep me honest with myself as a keeper.
