She went to pay and they gave her 10% off of the products and a free bag of substrate, when my wife asked why they were giving us the discount they just said "for your troubles". In my mind that is totally above and beyond, the mites weren't in any way linked to them and they still discounted the products. Again just wanted to give one more example of why I am a life long customer.

If the mites didn't come from LLL, then where did they come from? I am just trying to get some clarification, as I am confused by those two statements.
