    Does anybody dislike feeding videos?

Im going to start off by saying that i feed live. When I see my snakes eat it makes me feel good watching them because they are going to grow and be healthy. But for some reason i dont really like watching feeding videos. Does anybody else feel that way?

I don't dislike them because I don't watch them: call me a softy but I'd just prefer to not watch. I have to feed two of my snakes live and that's good enough for me!

I like watching feeding videos of f/t feedings, because I can focus on the power and 'form' of the snake, rather than what I percieve to be the stress of a mouse or rat. I don't (can't) watch live though. I also don't feed live either, so there ya go.

I like them both....f/t and live. I find it very interesting. Snakes gotta eat.

Well, here's how I think about it. This is what really intrigues me about snakes.

With no arms, no hands, no legs, no fingers, and no toes, a snake is able to kill, bite, and swallow an entire rat.

    Mind blown.

Re: Does anybody dislike feeding videos?

I don't like a lot of the comments that they elicit. Seems to always be a polarizing subject matter on YouTube.

I love feeding videos, especially of hots or large constrictors(+20' or so).

The power is something that demands respect and I love that.

Kind of what Kodieh said, although I'm less enthusiastic about them. Watching snakes feed can be boring sometimes, which is why I don't always stick around to watch my own snakes once they start eating.
What's awesome are videos that show how even these legless creatures are quite mobile. Something about watching them get around is hypnotic.
