Sand Boa Keepers and Sand Boas Anonymous are a couple of decent groups on facebook that both have a handful of good experienced people in them...not saying the other group you mentioned doesn't, I just don't know that one. Some of the best at working with sand boas are in those groups, guys like Jeff Holloway and Scott Miller.
There are quite a few different morphs, anery, albino, paradox albino, splash, paint and hypo...these are all simple recessive genes. We are also seeing colors outside of the normal range of color variation coming from the paint gene, so there is still a lot to be figured out with that one. (I think Scotts splatter gene may be recessive also, but not positive about that.)
There are also a few line bred or locality traits out there such as dodoma, rufescens (which is where the stripes and tigers come in, although a lot of work is left to be done here to fully understand how it works) HRP's (incredible reduced pattern line), cal/tanzinia flames.
There have been several calico's produced also, although as of yet none have proven genetic, just random one off anomalies when they happen.
This isn't meant to be a complete list, just some of the ones that come to mind quickest. If you have questions about a certain morph, I'll do what I can to answer you, or go check out the fb groups, lots of good experience and helpful people in those. Save your money on buying a book though, there isn't one to date yet that answers what you're asking about so far.
