Hosting Herp Events & Having Insurance

I have a quick question for you all, and its something that seems like it should be easy, but my wife and I have not had any luck with anything.

We are starting up a reptile education and event group, and have been having some difficulty getting a straight answer about where we can go to get general liability insurance coverage. Some of the main chain insurance companies have told us they have nothing that they could offer us. Does anyone know of a good chain company that would have this option?

The big chain insurance companies won't be able to help you out. You need to find an independent agent that has access to surplus lines carriers.
