Actually, I've always read and been told (at least by reputable sources ) that you shouldn't use a uth with beardies. As they are diurnal and they bask in the "sun," they really do best with heat from above and not belly heat. Also, I'm not positive on this, but I'm pretty sure that the hot side (floor, not basking spot) should be around 90F, so a uth at 95F would be too hot. So while it's great that you're using a thermostat with the uth, I would get rid of the uth altogether.

As yours is a baby, I would recommend trying to bump the basking temp up a bit - babies tend to do better around 105-110F, so I try to aim for 105. How are you measuring the temps?

If you want to post your entire setup, I can go over it for you and make suggestions if you want, though I'm not an expert I've just read a LOT about beardie husbandry, and have a bit of experience with them.
