I just checked the weather report for McMurdo station in Antarctica, they have a high of 35 F today, as in 3 degrees above freezing. So I think you win, or lose I guess, depending on how you look at it.

I'm not even in those charts! Currently my phone is saying 55, but I think it might be warmer than that. Lol
Why keep a snake? Why keep any animal? Because you enjoy the animal, find something beautiful and fascinating about it, and it fits seamlessly into your lifestyle.

Pretty sad when it's colder in warm places than in Antarctica. Though it is summer in the southern hemisphere. Do they have a station like that in the arctic? My google and weatherchannel searches are producing nothing. /googlesearchfail

It's 7 today (-10 with windchill), beautiful compared to yesterday. I spent an hour outside with my horse brushing burs out of her mane :p

It was -5 degrees F where I live at in South Carolina last night... Our door was frozen shut.. we had to walk around the house to the front door to get in. I'm not sure what the exact temp is currently, but its supposed to be the same tonight as last night.
1 Husband, 1 Western Hognose Snake (male), 2 ferrets (2 females), 1 male jungle leopard gecko, 4 gerbils (2 females & 2 males), 1 male dwarf rabbit, 3 guinea pigs (1 male, 1 female and 1 female skinny pig), 2 American parakeets, 2 cats (male bobcat hybrid and a male Egyptian Mau mix), and 2 dogs (female Mini Dachshund and a female Alaskan Malamute).

High of 15, low of 8 today in Connecticut. With windchill it's Def colder tho. I can tell u that from taking the garbage out to the dumpsters at work today haha
