Average weight for a 4 month male

When I purchased him, his pervious owner kept a log of his feeds/sheds/weight on his date of birth he was weighing 71grams! Now it doesn't seem right, in 4 months he's only put on 17grams!

That doesn't add up. 71 grams is normal weight for a hatchling. Did the seller give you a record of when he was fed?

And rat pinks are smaller than pups...
