She doesn't look to be of any pure BCC locality (I don't see much influence either) - I would contact the seller and ask what the parents were or even photos of the parents. Maybe the seller meant to say BCI instead of BCC, in which case you most likely have a Colombian BCI het albino (which makes more sense).
