I would get in contact with the breeder then and see what they would like to do. I hope you took a pic the day he arrived or already contacted the breeder. I don't see how they would ship an animal like that.

Well that pic doesn't look as bad. Is it both sides? Have you touched/pressed on it? If so, is it hard or soft?

He was accidentally caught in the spam net.
