That is one awesome lesser. Did you breed him with anything else? If so how did those babies turn out? Mom looks average to me but that lesser, wow. totally subscribed to this thread.

Re: Morph id
It was our only pairing last season. He has been locked with our bee this season and another female so far. Hopefully this girl will go again this season too.

Mom has got a definite fire/vanilla thing going on. If she is one of these two, that goes a long way towards explaining the looks of her babies. The stripe thing may or may not be "true genetic". I can selective breed for the same stripe effect, but I don't consider it genetic.
I'd love to be able to see her in person. But just looking at the pics of her babies, I'm leaning heavily towards her being vanilla myself. She's got a head stamp, and she's got the coloring for it. And you can certainly see the influence of a highlighter gene in her babies. That being said, this look may be something you only get from these two particular snakes.
This past season, I bred my extremely average pastel male to my better than average mojave female, and produced some of the oddest looking pastels and pastaves. He's produced before for me, and the babies were nothing special. But, it appears he has something in him that when combined with my mojave, made something special. This could be what you have going on here.
