Hey everyone. I just wanted to give some more positive feedback about LLL Reptile. I have purchased all my reptiles/supplies/enclousres etc from them. I have said before I frequent their Oside and Escondido store and know a few of the Employees on a first name basis. I have always had amazing service from them and would reccomend them in a heart beat. Here is one more reason why. When I was looking at getting my BTS I was constantly in contact with Jen (who posts on here) blowing up her inbox with tons of questions about care and the animal in general. She always promptly replied answering all my questions, a today was another example of that. I posted this (http://ball-pythons.net/forums/showt...-to-Find-Mites!) today and got a quick response from Jen. She had already contacted their store and let them know I would be comming in today. I am still at work so my wife and son went in. One of the employees had already set aside PAM and Reptile Relief. She went to pay and they gave her 10% off of the products and a free bag of substrate, when my wife asked why they were giving us the discount they just said "for your troubles". In my mind that is totally above and beyond, the mites weren't in any way linked to them and they still discounted the products. Again just wanted to give one more example of why I am a life long customer.
