radiator heaters are junk. they suck humidity and electricity. look into an infrared heater. they are very efficient and don't suck the humidity out of the air.
All the infrared heaters I've seen are 1500 watts to heat a normal sized room, but many oil filled radiators can switch between 600, 900, and 1500 watts. Plus the radiators continue to radiate heat once they've switched off. They do kill humidity though.
Mine has not sucked my humidity and my electric bill did not change at all. I have it running 24/7 keeping the room at 77-80.
Mine is in a room with pvc cages and a rack. The rack has bloods and misting once a day works fine. If Im going to be gone for an extended time and somebody in the rack is in shed I may add cypress or moss but I have never had an issue with sheds. All of the cages contain humidity lovers, gtp, brb, and bloods.
It works great for me.

My room stays between 70 and 72. But I heard that it'll be a little warmer then that in the tub. Do I need a space heater or are those temps OK for a rack?
I'm all for oil filled heaters as well. They are fairly safe, definitely 100 times safer when compared to running plastic ceramic heaters nonstop. I haven't noticed much of a heat bill difference with the oil heater, maybe $10-$20 a month, but I can't say the spike is only from the heater. I like the idea of infrared heaters but I'm not sure how they do running nonstop.
This is the model I've been using for years
