That's how my last order for my T8 was. I called after six weeks and they apologized for the delay and told me they'd be shipping out within the week. Finally got mine almost two months later and of course the glass wasn't with it so it came two days later. I'm hesitant to order from them again. They're great when an issue arrises, but if they say quick ship on an item almost two months isn't acceptable. I didn't realize the glass doors would be missing, and I had ordered a snake and had the breeder hold her for weeks waiting on them. When I saw the box was coming the next day I had the breeder go ahead and ship her out to me. So I ended up with all all set up T8 without the glass doors. Ended up having to put her in a tub, run the heat panel probe through the tub and have her inside the enclosure that way for a day.Originally Posted by DooLittle
