    Well you can, but the problem you will run into is that dry ice is about $10 a pound, and I'm not sure how much you would need to last three days, maybe 2-3 pounds. Then you would have to insulate the box to get maximum cooling. It could be done but if it doesn't work then you're out that money plus the money you paid for the rodents. Dry ice can typically last three days if all the conditions are met.

    If it were me, I'd probably just sell them on craigslist for half of what you paid to move them quick and that way it's still cheaper than buying dry ice and at least you profit in a way.
