For somebody who has never done it before, just do like satomi recommended. If not you risk damaging the eyes and then you cause a whole new set of problems. While it may affect their vision, they still have the heat pits.

When a snake starts the shedding process it creates another layer under the skin that you see that is separated by water. Then once the whole process is complete(fast forwarding a week or 2) they start to shed off the old skin. The reason you get stuck shed is because of the humidity not being high enough and that water being absorbed quicker than what they can get the old skin off(simple explanation versus detailed). That's why you end up with stuck sheds.

If you have humidity problems what you can do is get a little sterilite container, cut a hole in the front and make sure the edges aren't sharp, and put sphagnum moss in the box and keep it damp. Just put a few holes in the top so that way it has sufficient ventilation. I wouldn't put the box in there until the day after you see your snakes eyes clear up. Also I would still spray the enclosure once a day. Having a nice size water bowl also helps with humidity.
