Yes Justin Kobylka is a great person to work with but he sold you the snake as 66% het. I meant if you bought a any 100% het its better to buy from a reputable breeder.

Yes, Justin has a very solid reputation. But, the snake you bought from him is only possibly het for pied. So you didn't pay for a het pied, and are taking the chance that the snake does not carry the gene. This is info is all up front when he lists the animal as "66% pied." Hope this helps. Good looking snake either way.

I understand that. And even if she doesn't prove out it's no big deal. I just figured he was a lot better than most at picking out the possible Hets? maybe I'm wrong?

It depends. If you talk to a breeder specifically about it then he will pick the one he might think has the best chance to prove out. If you just buy a 66% het the breeder might just grab a random 66% het and send it.

This definitely looks like what this girl has! Found a very similar case, seems to match pretty well. Thank you!

Im not certain, if they even did at all. I was told by the previous owner that she has always had these colors.

Sorry - Can't see any Pied gene markers from here
Re: The bright patches...
it's where an animal has shed 'early', and extra pigmentation (more than usual) has come off with the shed
nearly always reverts back to its normal colour over the next 2-3 sheds

I'm hoping so. Although I got her paired with a YB het pied also (if you can see what Im shooting for here, lol) so if she's not hopefully at least he is.
She was hissing and nipping right outa the bag so just maybe a good sign! 😉
