A friend of mine bought a pair of het albinos a couple years ago for $500 and a pastel male for $200 the same year. This was about 3 yrs ago and my jaw dropped. I thought the normal girl my husband got me was expensive at $50. My yellow belly male I bought beginning of Dec was only $40 and he's a yearling. I am looking at those cinnamons and they are very pretty. I would love to pick up a female. Might wait for spring when there are some more females on the market. There are a ton of males but not as many females because people are holding on to them. I would like to get into the breeding but want to go slow with single gene beauties instead of plopping down a grand or two for a multi gene beauty. I really want a pied girl lol.
