Does anybody not usr hatchling tubs?
I recently got a new rack and i keep my 1300 plus gram male in there. I also recently got a 93 gram BP. He is in quarentine at the moment in a 6 qt. tub. It would make things easier for me to put him in the adult tub after quarentine. I was wondering if anybody keeps small BPs in adult tubs.

I would not just put him in an adult tub with a hide, If you choose to use the adult tub my best suggestion would be to block off 3/4 of the tub.
From my limited experience it is best to leave babies in small areas where they can hide and feel secure.
Just my 2 cents!

I do. I have 12 adult tubs (37qt). I've had hatchlings as small as ~80g in them with no issues.
Two hides, a water bowl, and a few things to fill up the space. It doesn't matter what you use...crumpled paper towels, fake plants, empty bowls, etc...just something to clutter things up.

I don't have a rack system yet, but I keep all my animals in T8s right now no matter their size. I just keep it cluttered up with fake plants. As they grow I slowly take decor out. My big male now just has a waterbowl and a tub now while the girls have fake plants and some have a fake tree branch. I got my leo girl when she was around 80 grams so she had a 2'x2' enclosure to herself and ate as long as the enclosure was kept cluttered.
I see crumpled newspaper and hides recommended a lot for hatchlings in tubs and it's what I plan on using too eventually. Having tons of fake plants for a rack system wouldn't be very economical.

Thanks for the replies. Ive kept smaller BPs in adult racks before but they were 400 plus grams.

Clutter it up and it shouldn't be a problem. I've kept smaller animals in larger tubs and usually just add an extra hide in the middle (for 3 in total) and a few balls of newspaper/fake leaves.

I haven't gotten around to building a hatchling rack yet so after quarantine my babies go right into a 28qt rack. I just make sure there are 2 hides and also crumble up a bunch of newspaper in there so they feel more secure. Have not had a single problem with that

Agreed on the clutter, and paper based clutter is great since it's cheap and easy to replace if it gets pooped on. I have sterilite tubs in my hatchling/juvenile rack, so there's a little lip where the handle would attach, Cookie likes to poop up there and on top of her hide. Babies do silly things and they poop a lot, so anything to speed cleaning/keep it cleaner is a bonus.
