Yea... sorry, I don't know what F10 is or whatever... I use vinegar and water to clean.
I also don't have any antibacterial stuff on handjust whatever I have for myself. I'm no help with the other questions. But I figure if there's an emergency, Polysporin will work as a very temporary method; knowing me, I'd buy the product for reptiles, it would eventually go expired, and THEN something would happen.
