PLEASE HELP Ball Python is injured

So my camera on my phone isn't capturing much of the scarring so I can't post any good pictures.

My female albino is about two years old, 600-700 grams and feeds live small rats weekly. Recently I've been getting rats delivered by a friend and she was unable to deliver for three weeks and I have no other source of food for my poor albino. She seemed fine though, still does, although yesterday I noticed some pretty drastic cuts all over her sides and face, one huge one deep in her snout and it looks like its almost cutting a heat pocket which worries me, and she also has these weird brown marks dotting along her spine and only her spine. She's currently in shed so I thought it was shed skin but I tried rubbing it off with warm water and it wouldn't come off. It's all over her back. I've been searching for an hour on the internet and can't find anything regarding these marks, or I may just be overthinking it. A friend said that she may have just been roaming quite a bit in search for food but there's nothing in her enclosure that could scrape her, or so I think, and I tried feeding her the other day and she killed but didn't eat it.

The only other thing I can think to add is that a baby ball of mine passed away a couple weeks ago, but I don't think he was ill. None of my other snakes are showing any signs of anything either, like this thing on her spine.
I really hope someone can help.

Yeah, a picture would be very helpful in this situation.
From the description, I'm not sure what it could be

Without pictures, the first thing that comes to mind are possible bite wounds? Do you watch her when you feed her?

Too many gaps here, pictures would really help.
Sounds like she might be rubbing on something in her home.
You said she hasn't eaten in 3 weeks so did you notice the scratches after the last feeding or did you finally feed her and then notice them?

This is the best picture I could get... Those brown marks on her spine aren't shed skin, but she is shedding a bit as you can see.

I just don't recall seeing the cuts before I fed her and I feel like I'd notice something that drastic. I posted an image as a reply, too. I didn't see them until after I finally fed her, to answer your question.

I do watch her and I won't lie I did watch her but not intently this last time.
    I replied with a picture.

Wow. That's a little worse that I expected. Her snout looks rubbed raw from probably rubbing against the enclosure walls. Some of mine do that. I can't explain the rest of her head and body though. Are you sure there's nothing in the enclosure that can do that?

What kind of enclosure do you have? Can you post a photo of that?

In the mean time, if you want, you can get some Betadine and wipe her down with it. It's an antiseptic that will keep her cuts clean and from getting infected.

The close up ovbiously isn't hers, it's a baby tub but the baby recently passed away. It's just so you can see. They're just plastic tupperware tubs from Target. She's in a 16-quart, on the very top to the right. The bowl is a plastic dog bowl from Petco.
I made these myself a year ago, the racks that is. They're not the best but I always check on her to make sure she isn't scratching on anything and shes not... In two years I've never seen this.
