Turns out, it seems they've (US Herp) has made a reply to saying their attention grab is false.

I don't want to be so quick to believe what they say, but I'm not going to jump the gun and call them liars either. I, myself, will take this into consideration as well as future developments before forming my own opinion.

Phil Goss himself has said there has been no new developments, so believing them is digging up reactions USARK evoked and put to rest months ago.
