I would double check the sex on your "female" Pastel. I bet its a male!My thoughts exactly! I took her to a reptile expo and had her popped by a very well known breeder that I trust and he determined her to be female as well. I didn't probe her or have her probed though. If she lays eggs, I guess she'll prove herself. She has been locked with the Pastel male now for over 12 hours, so I'm leaning towards her being a girl.It's probably a male.
Even if they end up locked, sometimes they will lock with other males as a dominance thing. I'd get the 'female' probed.
I may put the Genetic Stripe male with a fourth proven female - just to see his reaction. I won't let them breed though because I don't need a bunch of hets. The only other proven female I have is a het pied.
I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this sort of behavior.
