Honestly, I've seen the damage even little parrots can do, I would think that a Macaw would do more damage to a BP that a BP to a Macaw. Like Naom9anne said lock your cage up and you should be fine. I have 5 dogs, 2 lizards, and 2 snakes, I keep my reptiles in a seperate room and don't have any issues.
