Need Help! New BP got Care fresh stuck in it's mouth!

I picked up a new BP today (~225g female kindpin), and while I wouldn't usually try to feed on the first day home, it was feeding day here, and she (the new one) is on a 5 day schedule but has been without food since Monday. I decided I would try her, since she seemed to be settling in well. She took it with gusto, but when I went to go loo her jaw looked misaligned and there was white something sticking out the side. It wasn't the rat since I could see the bulge and it was well into the stomach. I realized it was the carefresh. Do I leave her be or try to pry it out???

You could try to grab it with tongs. I would try. But she will probably be able to rub it out of her mouth eventually

I know that if I force the issue I can get it out, but she's new today, and I hate to make her obviously awesome acclimation (considering she ate on day 1!) a disaster by man-handling her. Maybe I'll go look again now...I'm not sure what to do.

Ok, maybe I'll try again, she's so head shy.

If it's not causing any problems, just leave it be. She'll get it out on her own.
It is okay to use pine bedding for snakes.
It is okay to feed live food to snakes.

Thanks, I went back to look and it had resolved itself, thank goodness! She's looking good, I'm sad that I did grab at her a bit, I hope it doesn't affect her acclimation, but now she has 5 days before she's up for a feed, so that's good.

Take something like a credit card and gently open the snakes mouth and keep it there so he can't close his mouth. Then take a piece of paper you folded several times so it's not flimsy and just kind of brush it out his mouth. Do it gently though. I do this when mine get aspen in their mouths and I've never had a problem. It's not as easy as it sounds though and you have to be careful with the tongue and gums and all.
