In July, a local Delaware Wildlife rehabilitator was robbed of her donation box and her beloved gecko, an African Fat tail. Hillary gave us a photo to post in the office at work, in hopes we would be able to help find him. Well, yesterday i came in to work and a co worker says "Lookit this cool leopard gecko someone just traded in!" :/ i quickly told her that is NOT a leopard gecko. Its an African Fattail. I then immediately thought of Hillary. My fellow manager pulled out the photo, and we called Hillary. Hillary came right over with another photo. We agreed it was hers. She was so happy, she almost started crying. I hugged her, and told her i was happy for her. She thanked us, and told me i could come see the foxes any time. i just about got a little teary eyed myself at such a happy reunion between reptile owner and pet. It just makes me happy that i could be a part of it.
