Are these two pictures of the same animal?

While I've never seen two snakes with the exact same pattern, I usually find a thing or two that stand out noticeably and wouldn't be on all of them. I would bring a picture just in case there was that freakish odd.

That little black bit on the neck pattern is one of the things which initially made me realize it was the same snake... so I'll look for that and the tail one too
