Re: Zoo med vs zilla vs any other retile products

TSC and Canadian Tire supply me with a ton of my gear. Still having issues sourcing Pure Cypress mulch around here at a decent price so eco-earth/reptibark mix seems to be here to stay for awhile.
I picked up some X-PVC enclosures from Herphouses via A Reptile Dysfunction and loving them. With these I mist maybe twice a month, the water dish takes care of humidity otherwise along with the organic substrate. As opposed to the twice a daily I have to do with some of my Exo-Terra's.

I have gotten a collapsible snake hook from big apple pet supply and I like it a lot. That's the only thing I've gotten from them.

My mom got it for me because she hates it when I pick up the rat snakes around my house with my hands
    Oh well free snake hook.

Bedding: Harlan Teklad, or unprinted newsprint from work (public storage).
Heating: Fluker's for quarantine UTH's, THG or Flexwatt for racks.
Water bowls: Petsmart has good generic heavy ceramic bowls.
Hides: Reptile Basics all the way.
    Thermostats: Herpstat.
Racks: Animal Plastics, Reptile Basics or C Serpents.
    Tubs: Vision.

Don't use any bulbs or lamp fixtures. Bulbs are too drying and not energy efficient at all.

Re: Zoo med vs zilla vs any other retile products

I am a zoo med, exo-terra, & flukers customer for most of my heating and cage decor. Sterilite and Rubbermaid are also supported by me. lol.

Do they have a website? My google results of A Reptile Dysfuction weren't...uh...I'll just say I couldn't find a result about enclosures.

Same here. Brand-wise, I use a lot of Exo Terra and ZooMed. I have quite a few plants in my tank that I got from the floral section of Michael's. I'm moving my tank onto a new stand later this week, so I'll be posting a pictorial of MY perfect glass setup.
