Is this snake a yellow belly?

I was wondering if this snake is a yellow belly?

He was sold to me as a normal so I recognize that he probably is just a normal, but I found it strange that he has flames on his sides, is so light compared to the other normals we had, and that he has none of the "alien head" markings I'm used to seeing on ball pythons.

When I bought him, the breeder was really careful to point out how clear his belly is. I tried to include a few different angles of him; the last link is the most recent one of him, fresh after a shed.
