Yeah mine stays in his hot side hide constantly. Only when roaming around he tends to stay on the cool side. He can be for days in his hot hide only moving around it's hide.
Is there any other possible difference between the hot/cold side that she would prefer one over another? Different hides and she feels more secure in the cold one? That's also an option.
If temperatures are as they should be and the humidity is the same on both sides then I wouldn't worry too much it's just what she prefers apparently
