Oh no... I mean I knew they farted, I've just never been around mine if he ever has. I'm guessing it's extremely unpleasant considering they eat raw food... Does it stink up the entire room? Because his tank is in my bedroom and I'd hate to wake up to whatever that smell may be.

It doesn't smell unless they're pooping at the same time, but it sounds like a slow prolonged whoopie cushion or water trying to force itself through a clogged hose. Its rather amusing once you understand what the sound is. The first time one my snakes did it, I was like, 'what the heck?!?!?!?!' It was really creepy.
