I e-maileda pic twice, the first one did not go thru (hotmail error) I have not heard anything on the second one. can someone help me out??

It was received and uploaded. We do not have a person standing on call all day to check for submissions. The inbox is checked once or twice a day, so they do not get entered instantly.
