And finally my new and last addition for a long while: a beautiful platinum retic baby female from Daniel Solis! I saw an ad he put up for a beautiful little girl on Kingsnake a few weeks ago so I was thrilled to see 3 or 4 little platty females on his table! I initially chose another one but unfortunately that one turned out to be a male when he popped him (glad he checked!) so this little girl was my next choice. She's just a couple months old and I think she'll brighten up to be a beautiful yellow adult one day! I got a pastel ball female two years ago from Dan at this same expo and she's turned into a stunning adult pastel so I have no doubts this girl will turn into a A+ adult in time: Dan's animals are top notch. Spoke with him a good while at the show too: he's a good guy.
This little girl is to be my last addition for a good, long while: I want to focus on getting my sleeve done and getting some work finished on my car so I'll be living vicariously through everyone else's additionsPlus I have quite a few coming up on needing some nice big AP vivs so that's something to look forward to too
I also picked up a nice big snake hook and huge feeding hemostats because the little 10" tongs I had weren't cutting it anymore with the bigger guys! Missed out on frozen feeders though: not one feeder vendor there. That was my only disappointment. Overall had a great time!
