    Rats near sacramento/San Francisco?

I live between the two but more towards Sac. I'm trying to start a small breeding group. Are there any breeders near here? After looking at the pet shops around I may be picking up a few hooded female from the feed store. I asked the guy at Petsmart if they were no longer carrying rats since there are none on the floor. He said they were too young to put out there and would be out sometime next week. I asked what kind they were and he said dumbos. Yay! That's what I wanted, also some color variation because black and white.

Since I'll only be having two tubs, max of three, I don't need many breeders (we have a very small apartment). I was thinking of talking to the feed store and seeing if they would take my adults for free to sell as feeders sometimes. That way I can replace old stock with new and get new blood in the group.

    Hey there!

I'm located in the Bay Area and I have a few rats I could pass off your way.
Mine are breeding like crazy at the moment I do have an extra breeding group, as well as a bunch of smalls if you'd like.

As for genetics, not sure, but they are super nice, no signs of aggression at all

They can't answer that as we do not allow sales discussions on the open forums.

All sales/ wanted issues can only be posted in the for sale section or handled through the PM system.
