If she has that much going on then how does she have time to meet up for a hunt that is 1.5-2.5 hours from her from plus the actual hunting trip? I would call her and just give a polite ultimatum, "Hey I know life's crazy and I appreciate you understanding my car accident, but you and me both know this sale is getting a bit awkward...if we have to change dates again or if you are unwilling to ship then I will simply be asking for a refund". Leave a voice mail and send an email (*include a note saying that you will cancel the payment if she continues to refrain from contact, I would also attach a read receipt to the email, that away you will know whether or not it was opened), if she does not get back to you in one week (7 days) then I would cancel the payment...if she asks why, just refer to the email and voice mail .
