Any way to prevent this ?

She keeps rubbing up against her enclosure. I know a happy snake is a hiding snake, but I think she does this when she is hungry or looking for food, but the problem is she won't eat. And I don't want her getting hurt

If she won't eat and she is roaming it makes me think your temps are off. Or maybe the hides are not liked.

Post pics of the setup. Give heat sources, what regulates them, what temps you show, how your getting them (temp gun, wall thermometer, probe thermometer, etc), hide type.

She has a uth regulated by a thermostat with a thermometer in her tub one hide box on the hot side and a water dish. She is on aspen humidity is a little low at the moment because I just changed the aspen but I mist just to make sure it stays up. Hide is a an all black small sized hide, she might be a little big for it now which could be part of the problem

You also need to offer another hide on the cool side so she has a retreat when she wants to be cooler.

Get moss and dampen it. Then add it to each hide to make humid hides so it gets the humidity it needs.

I don't think 2 hides are needed.. I have one in each of my tanks and they never use the other hides on the cool side when I had them...when they explore they usually chill on the cool side but return to the hit side always... In Africa the snake doesn't have a cool hide and hot hide,right,lol...keep temps right and I believe one hide is fine..

It irritates me a little bit when people say, "In Africa they do/don't...." They aren't wild and this isn't Africa. They also don't live in tubs/tanks in Africa, have a constant supply of fresh water, routine feedings, vet care, etc.
Adversity does not build character, it reveals it

Yes they do. They just move to a cooler/warmer burrow or go further underground to thermoregulate.

Snakes all act different. My brb has two hides and has only used its warm hide a handful of times but I leave it there just in case.

My bloods only have one hide and some crumpled newspaper but if they started showing signs of stress I would change it up for them.
