    About once per month...
    Lucifer Sam, Siam cat...
    Always sitting by your side,
    Always by your side...
    That cat's something I can't explain...

    Re: shedding

Reason I asked is because he has been in his hide foe the past few days and when I tried to take him out he bite me. I can't really tell if he's shedding though. I got him November 1st and they said he just shedded, didn't give an exact date though. Could he be shedding? And that making him act like he is?

    Re: shedding

How old? If he shed Nov 1 he's not shedding again yet. It sounds like a little cage aggression. Be very patient with him,let him be for a week or 2 so he's not stressed. After he's taken a couple meals and feels comfortable in his home he'll chill out.

    Re: shedding

Well I don't know his exact age, I got him from pets smart and they said they received him mid October. Hell they couldn't even tell me sex. But like I said they never specified the time he shedded so I was wondering. Thanks a lot

    Red face

My guy sheds approximately each 5-6 weeks (6 month old). It depends on the size of the prey you offer him and how fast he grows, it is individual in each snake and these numbers are just an estimate or observation of each of us.
    Good luck with your BP

My pastel sheds 5/6 weeks apart. She's a CB13 around 260g not sure on exact weight. None of my others have been with my long enough to have 2 sheds.
I've had my het albino boy since the 21st October and he hasn't shed for me yet.
My spider hatchling shed on the 19th of this month and it was his second shed, he was born on the 6th October but don't have the date of his first shed as he was still with the buyer.
