"Can finally be together again"
They don't want to be together and if they're both males this could lead to stress, injury, and death. If it's a male and female they will breed.
"One of them went off feed because of it"
You can be certain that if either went off feed it had to do with the change in environment and not because they preferred to live together.
"They were back together the next day he hate"
Please tell me you aren't feeding them in the enclosure with both snakes in there at once.

Yes they both live together. Did most of their life till the tank i had got to small for both of them. They eat in different tanks. One i know is male the other hasn't been probed. The only change made to the one that went off feeding is put in a new tank without mate. The whole time he was alone he didn't eat. Put them both back together and he starts eating again. I can't really explain it either. I tried everything and thought of everything that could have changed in the move. Made sure humidity and temp was up to par before putting him in. Didn't hold him for till next feeding day so he can get use to the move. Even took him to the vet. Nothing worked. They even squeeze into the same hide at all times.

Re: finally done!!!
Congrats on the new enclosure. Looks awesome.
I'm going to be in the same boat as you soon. I have a male and a female together but they're getting a tad big for their tank. I just haven't had the time build them an enclosure.
How come you're using 3 thermometers?

Ball pythons are not meant to be housed together, it's not ok. If you don't understand, it is because you are too stubborn to get it. It's ok when they are young as a temporary situation. Whatever your thinking, they do not want to be together. Do some research

While I generally don't believe ball pythons should be housed together, insulting the OP is not going to make them see your point of view.
If both animals are eating and overall healthy it won't kill them to be housed together. Keeping two animals together is more difficult and opens an array of potential problems. If these animals were truly extremely stressed from living together that stress would cause them to either stop eating and/or possibly develop health issues. That doesn't appear to be the case here. These animals don't live completely solitary lives and probably do bump into each in the wild outside of breeding season. Unless you are going to tell me you are a parseltongue and have personally spoken to these snakes I don't think you should insult the OP. If you truly believe these animals should not be housed together why don't you put together a logical argument as to why the OP should separate them.
