    My New Spector?

Its really hard to tell a normal from all these "special" morphs. I bought him as a Spector but he really looks like a beautiful normal, either way he was only 80$ so I think he was worth it. Are there any pointers to a Specters pattern? Thank you ahead of time. http://s1330.photobucket.com/user/tj...?sort=3&page=1

I'm no Spector expert but based on the price you paid alone I would be confident that you don't have a Spector. Just my inexperienced .02!

Alright, but do you have any tips on what one looks like?

Oh! And does anyone have any suggestions on a snake to breed him to prove him?

I'm not good with the Yellow Belly complex so I couldn't tell you, but you can find some pictures of other specters here: http://www.worldofballpythons.com/morphs/specter/. As far as breeding him.... I would go with a Yellow Belly and hope for Super Stripes http://www.worldofballpythons.com/morphs/super-stripe/. If you make a Super Stripe, you know you got a Specter. Results of breeding yb x specter: http://www.worldofballpythons.com/wi...e=90&female=20

    Re: My New Spector?

I have a pair of Spectors and they tend to be a bit lighter in coloration. You'll need to pair him with a yellowbelly for Superstripes or another spector for Superspectors. The super spector looks similar to the superstripe. I also sent you a PM. Good luck.

    Mike
